An opportunity to develop a learning facility brings with it greater social responsibility than most other programmatic structures permit. A civic equity inherent in the program allocation itself, this project does not address the program merely as fulfi lling a x-y-z function, but is rather aimed towards fulfilling architectural ideas that pertain to the learning of young children. The principal guidelines in the design of the school are to produce optimal qualities that a space requires - light and sound diffusion and dispersion.
